Our Genesis
Guidewire Systems, Inc. was formed in 2001 to help individuals and organizations
grow, develop and perform at a high level. Recognizing that most
individuals draw upon less than ten percent of their human potential and that
too many employees are unhappy with or underperforming in their current
positions, we assembled a brain trust to find solutions that uncover, activate
and focus untapped human potential as a creative means of improving workplace
performance, productivity and job satisfaction.
Not surprisingly we found that the keys to professional development,
performance improvement and career advancement can be found in the individual.
Being human, employees want to feel cared about and are constantly looking for
signals that employers are as interested in their needs as they are concerned
about bottom line performance. Fortunately, the two go hand in hand.
